What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants with a variety of skill sets and backgrounds. Ideal candidates will have:

• English language proficiency
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems in commercial or industrial settings
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with trade-related tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Comfort using technology, including tablets and smartphones, for communication and documentation
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols

Minimum Requirements for Hire

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, Additional coursework with a trade school or applicable previous experience is preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
